Automatic order lookup is not available yet. If you need help, contact trust@chinacarty.com(ChinaCarty purchasing/shipping credit) and first provide the platform, the product page URL on this site, the order time and the last four digits of the order number. Once staff confirm a secure way to submit, provide redacted proof as requested. Never post your full order number, delivery address, password or verification code publicly.

What the statuses mean

Pending check: ownership not yet verified, which does not mean a rebate exists; Pending settlement: confirmed valid by the affiliate program, awaiting settlement; Settled: based on the affiliate program's actual settlement record; Invalid: refunded, attribution failed or not eligible under affiliate rules. Manual feedback cannot guarantee recovering lost attribution or reissuing rebates.

Confirm order ownership first

An order number alone cannot be used to look up balances or other people's orders. No automatic results are given until your identity and order ownership are verified. Mainland accounts must link their own Alipay account before withdrawing; withdrawals are reviewed manually.
